EMBOSS substitution matrix

An amino acid substitution matrix in EMBOSS has the amino acids in the order of:

A R N D C Q E G H I L K M F P S T W Y V B Z X *

The ambiguity codes B, Z, and X are last, and the * column uses the minimum score of the matrix.

Comments go at the top of the file after '#'. The column headings go next; space starts out the line and all columns are separated by whitespace. Then, each row starts out with its row header and whitespace separates all the values.
