General Time Reversible model

In the General time-reversible model (GTR), a generalized Q matrix is made reversible. All transitions and transversions are given relative rate parameters which are then multiplied by the mean substitution rate. Some common simplifications include the K2P, HKY, and JC models. They are considered to be in the GTR family.
